Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

I once saw a bumper sticker that read “Real Women Love Hummus” and it made me laugh out loud because (1) it’s SO TRUE, women go gaga for hummus, and (2) I happened to be eating hummus with a pen cap while driving behind aforementioned car bumper. I was starving, okay? And desperate, without any veggies or pita chips for dunking. Plus, it was roasted red pepper hummus, my favorite.
