Have you ever stared blankly into your pantry or fridge, only to realize there’s absolutely nothing to eat? This recipe, a surprising hit on my Facebook page, is a result of my blank stares mixed with one part desperation and two parts growling stomach. Pasta, peas, Parmesan, parsley and pepper. Perfect! (Though not a “P,” the lemon is key. Don’t skip it.)
