Bone Broth

Bone broth is a hot health-food trend, but it’s not a fad. It’s been around FOREVER and has a history dating back to prehistoric times. Thankfully, it’s very easy to make at home. I love sipping on a mug of bone broth instead of coffee in the morning or enjoying a cup before bed. I made and drank bone broth regularly when recovering from knee surgery. I’m a totally unscientific study of one—but I truly believe that the healing properties of bone broth helped me shift from chronically limping in pain to joyfully running up flights of stairs. I suppose my orthopedic surgeon had something to do with it, too. 🙂
